Many campers choose to stay the entire summer at manitou. each session, of course, has it's own special traditions. whether it is tribal games, carnivals, colour wars, midnight specials, extended canoe trips, inter-camp trips, ski shows, both sessions are purposely programmed to be as challenging and exciting as the other. we think the last three days of camp are truly memorable. until you have experienced world games you cannot understand the amount of spirit and tradition that culminates in those last few days of camp. when you combine that with the final plays and dance shows, the final slide show and of course the final camper banquet, there is no doubt that any camper will tell you that manitou's last 72 hours is bar none- the most jam-packed, unique and rewarding experience of a life time. whatever you choose we offer the same nurturing, top quality staff and programming for your child in both sessions. please note in the event of a wait list we give priority to full summer campers over one-session campers. note: for whatever reason many more campers wish to ski wakeboard first month so if your child wishes to ski once or twice every day, this is much easier to accommodate second session.
Sailing world nood regattas each have daily and best performance prizes. i competed in the legg mason j22 midwinters last month where there were daily and overall prizes for whatever the sponsor wanted to recognize, including furthest travelled. whidbey island race week offers a chelsea clock to the best performance of the week. i've won my class there twice, but not the chelsea clock, but i certainly not pissed off as a result. what an example would be set for our young sailors if i were. i very willing to support something that supports me. sail montana donated over 00 worth of door prizes last year for ski sail, the poker video rally, and montana cup, and provided the club the awards for montana cup and poets at our cost. i brought terry flynn of quantum sails to the regatta and shared his expertise with anyone that was interested. there have been other professionals at our regattas, but i have never seen them do a seminar or share advice. quantum sails logo was on the shirts last year, as was sail montana's as they should be. the club sold a record number of those shirts and the club made a nice profit on them. if the club is interested in keeping entry fees low while offering the best event possible for the budget, we need to change the way we think. tutima lakeside watch company and sail montana will not sponsor under these terms. pete sauer sail montana tel 406 ; 250-1452 email: pete sailmontana and poker gamble! The three 8-byte character elements that contain information necessary to either create a formatted pin block or extract a pin from a formatted pin block. a particular pin profile can be either an input pin profile or an output pin profile depending on whether the pin block is being enciphered or deciphered by the verb. see "the pin profile" on page 172 for additional information. if you choose the translat processing rule or the reformat processing rule in the rule array parameter, the input pin profile and output pin profile can have different pin block formats. if you specify ukptipin dukpt-ip or ukptboth dukpt-bh in the rule array parameter, the input pin profile is extended to a 48-byte field and must contain the current key serial number. see "the pin profile" on page 172 for additional information. the pad digit is needed to extract the pin from a 3624 or 3621 pin block in the encrypted pin translate verb with a process rule rule array parameter ; of reformat. if the process rule is translat, the pad digit is ignored. pan data in. Commentary by pfc. clint stein mountaineer staff if you were given a check for , 000 to use however you wanted, what would you do with it? many people would start to think of things such as spinner rims, motorcycles, big-screen televisions, leather furniture or vacations. i may have even thought of those things too, 10 years ago. now, as a mature 30-year-old adult with responsibilities and a family to think of, my outlook on money has changed for the better. i only wish i knew then what i know now. when i joined the military, i knew that sacrifices would have to be made by my family and me, both personally and financially. there are so many things that i want to have but don't get because my needs come first. as a private first class, i on a very limited budget and the needs of my family come before my own wants. that's the difference between wanting and needing. i don't need a new car to impress my peers; my peers know how much i make, it's no secret. besides, the car i have now runs great and getting a new one would make me seem foolish. because the fact that military pay is known to all, buying things to feed one's self-esteem or to keep up with the joneses doesn't make sense to me, but is something i see quite often in the army. i think that if soldiers could put their wants aside for a while, and focus on their future needs, they and their families would be better off financially in the long run. there are a lot of soldiers spending much of their pay or re-enlistment bonuses for immediate gratification rather than investing it in their future or themselves. as servicemembers, we have so many opportunities available to help us prepare for a more stable life financially and yet i have seen so many soldiers ignoring their financial futures. for instance, as long as soldiers are on activeduty status, they can work toward a college degree at no cost to them and yet many do not take advantage of this program. college tuition can cost thousands of dollars and its rates are increasing every year; why wait? i was astonished when i learned from the army times a few months ago that half the soldiers who get the gi bill don't even use it. if not used after 10 years, that money is wasted and the chance for a free education is gone. most of us were told by either our parents or teachers about the importance of education and they were right. according to the employment policy foundation, people with a four-year college degree make about million more over their lifetime than those with a high school diploma. that is a difference of , 000 a year, if a person worked from the age of 25 to 65. another example of poor financial management i've seen in the military is the flagrant use of bonuses and income tax returns. soldiers get a check for a few thousand dollars or more and spend it on high dollar entertainment items instead of paying off their high dollar interest rate credit cards. i'll be the first to admit, after getting a lump sum of money, it's hard to write out a check to a creditor in order to pay something off. especially when i see a great sale for a 52-inch plasma screen television on my 21-inch tube, but it's worth it for my financial well-being. i know that because of the sacrifices i make now, my family and i will be better for it later. most financial advisors would say a big portion in securing your financial future is having a sound financial plan and sticking to it. a lot of times people will start a savings plan and then quit after something "came up" for which they needed that money, promising to pay it back but never doing it. if an 18-year-old person started putting 0 a month into an investment plan, drawing 10 percent interest, that investment would have earned million by the time he turned 58 years old. for the cost of eating lunch out every day, a person could potentially be a millionaire in 40 years. i believe the reason a lot of people don't save for their future or overspend at young ages is because they want immediate gratification. but after awhile, their immediate gratification will catch up to them, and they'll find themselves in the poor house watching their outdated 52-inch plasma screen. the army doesn't want to see a soldier in the poor house. it tries to take care of its soldiers' well-being in every way it can with free education, bonuses and savings plans, but it's ultimately up to the soldiers to take care of themselves. there are so many things the army does to set a soldier up for success, if he would only choose the right decisions and make the sacrifices. if not for himself, for his family and play free poker online or poker video. It is absolutely essential that the incumbent president or chair be constantly on the lookout first for board members or other committee members who display presidential potential and secondly, to see to it that such people have opportunities for experience which would prepare them one day to take up this important role." andrew swanson.
